Delete your account and data

You can delete your Family Connect account, or a whole family, yourself, at any time. It takes effect right away.

Delete your account

1. Sign in with your email.
2. Open Settings and tap Delete my account. Type DELETE to confirm.

We erase your email address, your name and every photo you added (they also leave your parent’s phone). If you organize a family, the next person becomes the organizer; a family with nobody else in it is deleted.

Delete a whole family

The organizer opens Settings and taps Delete this family. Every photo, caption, setting and member list is erased, and the Family Connect photos are taken off the parent’s phone.

On your parent’s phone

In Funstead, open Settings, then Family Connect, then Disconnect. They can choose to keep the photos or erase them. The phone has no account, so there’s nothing else to delete.

Can’t sign in?

Email support@funsteadgames.com from the address you use, and we’ll delete it within 30 days.

What’s kept afterwards

Nothing that identifies you, except: if an organizer blocked an email address, it stays on that family’s block list until the family is deleted. Erasure from storage retries and backups completes within 30 days.
